THE WEEKLY PROGRAM

Our weekly rates are Sunday to Sunday and include: the weekly reservation of accommodations booked, overnight tent camp accommodations at North Basin, all meals, fresh baked snacks and meal beverages taken in the lodge, all guided activities including packing into North Basin, white water rafting, shared use of outboards at Williams Lake, guided use of horse and tack for equestrian instruction and working in the arena, trail rides, roundup, barrel racing and team penning, use of the heated pool and hot tub, games and more.

Complimentary transportation is included to and from Missoula, Montana or Idaho Falls, Idaho on Sundays if arrival is by 2:30 P.M. and departure is after 12:00 P.M.

One Week Stay (per person)

LESS THAN ONE WEEK

Depending upon availability, we can work in last-minute bookings for a stay as short as three days. Activities offered would be those scheduled at the time, provided you are available to depart and return with the other guests. Arrivals will be from Sunday to Wednesday only with check in after 4:00 p.m. and check out by 11:00 a.m.

Three Day Stay (per person)

DEPOSIT

To confirm bookings requires a 30% deposit. We accept personal checks, traveler’s checks and Visa or MasterCard.

CANCELLATIONS

Deposits are refundable on cancellation if notice is given prior to 60 days before the trips scheduled date. A $100.00 service charge will be made regardless of the time of cancellation. Cancellations made within 60 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit the 30% deposit. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended and offered through the ranch office.

PAYMENT

At the end of your stay, the balance due must be remitted in full by either cash, traveler's check, personal check, Visa or MasterCard. Gift shop charges, beer and wine, extra ammo and any other services and arrangements you have charged are billed to your room including a 5% sales tax and 2% lodging tax.

GRATUITY

Gratuities are not included and are greatly appreciated by the hard working staff sharing them.

TRANSPORTATION

Located 18 miles south of Salmon and 40 miles north of Challis, the ranch is two miles up a cottonwood filled canyon just off scenic Highway 93. There are major airlines carriers to Idaho Falls, Idaho and Missoula, Montana. Our friendly staff can meet you or you can rent a comfortable rental car and drive yourself. Call for arrangements on shuttle flights to the local airport in Salmon.

Complimentary airport transportation to and from Missoula, Montana or Idaho Falls, Idaho is available on Sundays if arrival is by 2:30 P.M. and departure is after 12:00 P.M.
